Starting from Hackney in East London 113 miles and an 8 to 12 hour journey from Latitude the ride will gather momentum picking up additional cyclists on route in Sudbury, 55 miles and a 3 to 5 hour journey away and finally Ipswish about 35 miles from the final destination at Henham Park and a total of 2 to 4 hours.
The fully supported route will be enlivened with themed rest stops every 20 miles providing welcome refreshment to hungry cyclists with food generously donated by Marks & Spencer. Free wifi will allow smart phone users to check in and send updates on their progress. On arrival participants will be greeted by their welcoming team and can indulge in a well earned massage, ice bath and hot showers. Bicyclists baggage will be transported separately and stored safely for the duration of the festival. And in case any one enjoys the weekend’s activities a little too much participants of Tour de Latitude will benefit from a complimentary coach ticket back to their original starting point where their bike will be waiting for them.
