On Friday evening we launched Cyclodelic’s first boutique, Studio Fleuriot. Guests included a variety of friends and press who were treated to pink iced cupcakes and peach bellinis.
The shop launch brought a piece of the countryside to the city, with the newly remodeled room painted a serene shade of green, covered in birch trees, and old english oak desks. Guests were drawn into the shop by a medley of twinkle lights and silver sparkling baubles.
We already feel very at home in our new space and hope our customers will as well. Take a stroll on the vibrant Columbia Road and check out our selection of cycling, home, and pet accessories that will make the perfect unique Christmas gifts.
We will be open monday through thursday by appointment, friday from 12-5pm, Saturday, 11-3pm, and Sunday 8:30-4pm.

Cyclodelic saddle bags in production…
The past couple of weeks have been super busy at Cyclodelic HQ with the confirmation of 3 new UK stockists, to be announced shortly. It seems that this month it’s all about our saddle bags with a feature in August’s ‘Company Magazine’. And so with orders flying in I set off to my old university to source a future accessories talent that could help with the production. Luckily, I found London College of Fashion Cordwainers student, Nadia, who quickly got stuck in to get them finished. Our saddle bags are hand produced to the highest standard from start to finish in our London studio allowing us to add a little personality and a lot of love into each one we make. Lots of cups of coffee, 2 packets of sea salt dark chocolate (yes that is correct and it really is yummy) and 16 bags later and the new batch was born. Well done Nadia! Now time to start on the next lot…
When my friend John came over sporting a pair of latex gloves under his ordinary cycling pair last week I must admit I wasn’t sure. However, when Xanthe appeared a couple of days later employing the same trick, except hers were lilac of course (don’t ask me where she got them from) I had to take notice.
If you, like me, despite the non stop cold and gloom feel as though you couldn’t possibly purchase a pair of winter gloves now so close to Spring (I keep telling myself we’re nearly there!) then listen in! Latex gloves are the answer to all your frozen finger sorrows, they’re cheap/free, waterproof and wind resistant and when worn under your nice wooly or leather gloves = happy hands in any weather.
